Abtivo was previously called Hatod; the support address keeps its earlier name.
Abtivo is a project and product name. It is not a separately incorporated company or registered legal entity.
On this page, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator, Mervin Sarsale, and anyone he authorises to help run the pilot.
Support isn't available 24/7. You can send a message at any time; we reply during support hours.
Privacy requests
To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or the deletion of your account and information, email hatodhelp@yahoo.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or call +63 964 139 0726 during support hours. Tell us your name, the email address of your Abtivo account, your role in the pilot and what you are asking for. We may ask you to confirm your identity, but we will never ask for your password. The privacy notice explains your rights and how long information is kept.
Report a problem
Tell us what happened and include, where you can:
- the order number (it starts with HTD-), if it is about an order;
- the date and time it happened;
- a screenshot of what you saw, and what you expected instead;
- where it happened: the website, the customer app or the rider app, and your phone or browser.
In screenshots and messages, cover or leave out other people's details (names, addresses, phone numbers, plate numbers) unless they are needed to explain the problem, and always leave out delivery and pickup codes. Never send your password.
Orders, payments and refunds in the pilot are simulated, so the operator and the Abtivo website and apps will never ask you for card, bank or e-wallet details. If anyone does, don't give them and tell pilot support.
Your account
There is no self-service account deletion in the pilot; on request, the operator suspends your account and then anonymises it. The pilot terms explain how to leave the pilot.
Simulated commerce
Abtivo is currently operated as a controlled private pilot. Pilot participants are real people, but orders, payments, refunds and payouts shown in Abtivo are simulated for testing purposes only. No real goods are purchased, sold or delivered through Abtivo during this phase, and Abtivo must not be used to conduct real commercial transactions.
Rider safety
In an emergency, contact local emergency services first (911 in the Philippines), then tell pilot support. Stop in a safe place before using the app, and never use it while driving or riding.
